Dr. Anjali Talati and Dr. Lin redesigned and developed the Park Ridge location in 2021. The new decor was inspired by their team’s trip to Mexico, where they spent time in the ocean snorkeling. Their love of the ocean led to the idea of developing an oceanic theme for their growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice.
Since opening the Park Ridge location, they have received positive feedback from patients and parents alike. Similarly, fun interiors can now be found in their Crystal Lake and Buffalo Grove locations.
Last year, the practice welcomed Yummy Dental to their growing team! Consideration was given to merging their offices under one of the existing names but they ultimately decided to find a new name that better matched their new theme.
Their brainstorming led to a particularly rare “blue coral” primarily found in the tropical waters of the Indo-Pacific region, including the Indian Ocean, and the western and central Pacific Ocean (Dr. Talati and Dr. Lin’s heritage).
That’s how they came up with the name…
