Background
Dr. Janik is a physician who is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has extensive experience providing anesthesia in both the hospital setting and dental offices.
On sedation day, safety and comfort are the top priorities. Your child will be monitored throughout the procedure with the same standard monitors used in the hospital setting, including an electrocardiogram, pulse oximeter, blood pressure, and end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring. Dr. Janik is a member of Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates (PDAA), a physician-led anesthesia service provider.
